METODOLOGIA CINCO 5

El método de las 5S es una técnica japonesa para gestionar de una forma adecuada. El nombre de 5S le viene por las iniciales de las 5 etapas que componen el método.

Las 5 S corresponden a las siguientes etapas de este método:

  • Seiri: Separar innecesarios. Organización.

  • Seiton: Situar correctamente los necesarios. Orden.

  • Seiso: Suprimir suciedad. Limpieza.

  • Seiketsu: Señalar anomalías. Estandarizar.

  • Shitsuke: Seguir con la mejora. Disciplina.
